HOW MUCH DOES STANDARD SHIPPING COST?
The rate for standard shipping varies depending on the weight of items ordered and delivery location.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at this time. However, we plan on expanding our shipping areas to cover Canada and the United Kingdom. International shipping rates will vary depending on the weight of the items purchased and delivery location.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please anticipate a production time of 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). While average domestic shipping times range between 5-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays), please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed by Daveiga Designs LLC. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders at least 14-30 business days in advance. Custom items may require longer production times based on the items ordered.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has fully processed you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain tracking details for the package.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Daveiga Designs will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused merchandise for exchange. In addition to exchanges, Daveiga Designs offers store credit for full priced items only. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased must first contact us via email at daveigadesigns@gmail.com. Please use "Exchange Request" in the subject line of your email.
The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase in the original condition. While we appreciate your business, our policy strictly permits exchanges only, and refunds are only available if there has been an error on our part.
The Following Items are Not Eligible for Exchange Or Return:
Authorized returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 72 hours after Customer’s receipt of merchandise. Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error. Daveiga Designs is not responsible for lost shipments on items being returned. Daveiga Designs will cover the shipping costs for exchanged items to the Customer only when the exchange is due to our error. Exchanges are available for full-price items only. All Sale and markdown items are Final Sale.
Sale items or items purchased at a conference or vendor event cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOTICE OF DEFECTS
Customers are kindly requested to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and promptly notify Daveiga Designs via email at daveigadesigns@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise regarding any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defects discovered, including but not limited to shortages, quality issues, or specification discrepancies.
Please note that Daveiga Designs will not accept claims or returns of merchandise that has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner unless directed otherwise by a customer experience representative. All damaged or incorrect items should be returned to Daveiga Designs to receive credit, unless otherwise instructed.
SHIPPING POLICY
The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges, unless the product received is incorrect or damaged.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders will take at least 3-5 business days (Excluding Weekends and Holidays).
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This includes but is not limited to: correct abbreviations, street numbers, and building or apartment numbers. We are unable to make any changes or additions to an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If your package is returned to sender for any reason, the package will be treated as a return and you will be issued a store credit. Your store credit will be in the amount of your order total, minus the shipping cost and must be used within 60 days of issuance.
We strive to have all products available for immediate production/shipment. Due to the popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
All pre-orders are estimated to ship on the release date. You will be notified of any delays.
LIMITATION OF LIABILTY
Customer acknowledges that seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but, not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the Seller’s merchandise.
NON DISCRIMINATION
Daveiga Designs LLC does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Customer Acceptance of Late or Defective Merchandise
Customer’s failure to provide written notice of a claim, as set forth in these Terms and Conditions of Sale, shall constitute a waiver of any claim Customer may have for damages resulting from such defects, including late delivery.
Prices, Quantities, Styles and Colors
All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering. Daveiga Designs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics. All orders are subject to availability.
Promotional Codes, Coupons and Discounts
Promotional discounts cannot be combined at time of redemption unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer, nor can they be applied to previous purchases. Promotional codes cannot be applied to gift certificates under any circumstances. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to tax, shipping and handling, or any similar processing charges. Original discount amount will be deducted from the value of all returned items purchased with a discount at time of purchase (e.g. promotional codes, coupons, etc.)
T-Shirts/Accessories
Wash inside out in cold water on gentle cycle. Air dry. Iron inside out, do not iron directly over design. Do not dry-clean or use bleach.
Tumblers/Wine Glasses/Gifts
Hand wash Only, Air-Dry, Do Not Soak, Do Not Microwave, Do Not Put In the Dishwasher.
Paper Products
Do not expose to water or liquids.
